Berry quark with breadsticks: protein-rich quark and whole-grain bread for breakfast provide a berry-strong start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 70 g raspberries (or other berries as desired)
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 30 g red fruit spread (e.g., cherry; 5 tsp)
  • 50 g whole-grain bread (1 slice)

Instructions

    Rinse the raspberries and place them in a bowl.

    Add the quark, yogurt, and fruit spread. Blend everything with an immersion blender.

    Cut the bread into strips and either dip them in the quark or serve alongside.
