Ingredients
- 4 Beefsteaks (200-250 g each, 1 cm thick)
- 80 ml oil
- 4 onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 50 ml heavy cream
- Salt
- black pepper freshly ground
Instructions

Wash the steaks briefly, pat dry, place them in a bowl with the oil and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Peel the onions and slice into thin rings. Heat the butter and oil in a pan and fry the onion rings until golden brown; remove and keep warm.

Add a little of the marinating oil to the pan with the onion fat and reheat. Remove the steaks from the oil, drain, and sear both sides for about 2-4 minutes until golden brown. After flipping, pour in the cream and season with salt and pepper.

Top the meat with the onion rings and serve.
