Beef Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g ground beef (beef)
- 4 lettuce leaves (e.g., iceberg)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 4 wheat tortillas
Instructions

Peel the avocado, halve it, remove the pit and lightly mash the flesh in a bowl with a fork. Wash the cilantro, shake dry and finely chop. Mix 1 tbsp of cilantro into the avocado and season with lime juice, salt and pepper.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the chili pepper, halve it, deseed, clean and finely chop. Heat olive oil in a pan and crumble the ground beef over medium heat. Add the onion, chili and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes more. Stir in the remaining cilantro and season with salt and pepper.

Wash the lettuce, clean, shake dry and tear into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, deseed and cut into chunks. Peel the red onion and dice it finely.

Briefly toast the tortillas in a hot pan. Remove, spread avocado cream on them, top with lettuce, tomatoes and ground beef mixture, then roll up. Wrap the wraps in foil if desired and serve.
