Ingredients
- 400 g Mie noodles
- 500 g beef fillet
- 2 red bell peppers
- 300 g shiitake mushrooms
- 4 Spring Onions
- 10 g ginger
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt
- lemon pepper
- light soy sauce
Instructions

Place the noodles in a bowl, pour boiling water over them, let soak for about 5 minutes and then drain. Rinse the beef, pat dry and cut into strips.

Wash the bell peppers, trim and slice into strips. Clean the mushrooms and slice. Wash the spring onions, trim and cut into ~3 cm diagonal pieces. Peel the ginger and grate finely.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, stir-fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes. Remove and heat the remaining oil. Add the beef and sear all sides until crisp, then add the vegetables and noodles, mix well and season with salt, lemon pepper and soy sauce.
