Beef Stew with Black Beans

Ingredients

  • 500 g beef sirloin
  • 250 g White cabbage
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp bean paste
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped red chili peppers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • paprika powder
  • 500 ml vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp corn germ oil
  • parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash and trim the bell peppers, cut the flesh into strips. Peel the onion and garlic; mince the garlic finely and roughly chop the onion. Clean and wash the cabbage, then cut into bite‑sized strips.

    Slice the beef into thin strips. Brown the meat in hot oil, add chili, onions, and garlic, season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder, pour in broth, cover loosely and simmer gently for about 20 minutes.

    Stir in the bean paste, fold in the bell pepper strips, and cook everything together for another 10 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley. Pair with rice if desired.
