Ingredients

  • 125 g carrots
  • 50 g parsley root
  • 1 small stalk leeks (100 g)
  • 1 onion
  • 125 g sirloin steak
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 50 g whole wheat noodles (spiral noodles)
  • 600 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 50 g frozen peas
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 stems flat parsley

Instructions

    Peel carrots and parsley root, slice into rounds. Clean leeks, split lengthwise, wash thoroughly, cut crosswise into rings. Peel onion and dice finely.

    Pat meat dry and cube. Heat oil in a pot. Brown the meat cubes all around. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
