- 150 g beef fillet
- 70 ml Olive oil
- 100 g small button mushrooms
- 50 g parmesan (whole piece)
- 2 sprigs fresh basil
- Salt
- ground pepper

Wrap the beef fillet in foil and place it in the freezer for 50 minutes. Then slice it into very thin slices with a sharp knife or slicer. Brush lightly with olive oil, lay between two sheets of cling film, and roll out even thinner. Distribute the slices on plates and season with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Clean the mushrooms, slice them thinly, and garnish the carpaccio with basil leaves. Grate parmesan over it before serving.
