Ingredients
- 400 g fava beans (fresh)
- 100 g slender green beans
- 1 vegetable onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 pickled squid tubes
- 100 ml oil
- 6 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper

Clean the beans; if necessary halve the slender green beans and boil them in salted water for about 5–10 minutes, then drain and let them cool. Peel the vegetable onion and cut it into half rings, lightly salt. Drain the pickled squid tubes, split lengthwise, cut into half rings, and mix with the onions and beans; season with vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Peel the garlic cloves, finely chop, and whisk with the oil. Pour this oil‑garlic mixture over the salad and serve.
