- 500 g green beans
- 500 g waxy potatoes
- 4 Spring Onions
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 l beef broth
- 4 sausages (e.g., Mettwurst)
- 2 stalks bean sprouts
- Salt
- Pepper

Wash and trim the beans, then cut them diagonally into small pieces. Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into rings. Sauté the beans with the potatoes in hot oil in a pot for a short time. Add the beef broth and let it simmer gently for about 15 minutes. After about 10 minutes add the spring onions. Then reduce the heat, add the sausages with the drained bean sprouts to the soup and let it stay hot for another 10 minutes.
