Ingredients
- 250 g fresh morels (or 25 g dried)
- 30 g Butter
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Marsala wine (or alcohol‑free wine)
- Salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 400 g fresh band noodles
Instructions

Place the morels in cold water for 5 minutes. Wash each morel thoroughly under running water. Split large morels in half or quarters. Pat dry on a kitchen towel.

Heat butter in a large pan and add the morels. Simmer for 10 minutes. Gradually stir in cream and Marsala, then simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the noodles to the pan, mix well, and serve on preheated plates.
