Ingredients

  • 2 Organic Limes
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 Bananas
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g cream cheese (45% fat in solids)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 100 g walnut kernels
  • 20 g delicate oat flakes (4 tsp)

    Wash the lime hot, dry it and grate its zest finely. Halve both limes and squeeze out the juice. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, lift the flesh from the skin, cube it roughly and drizzle with half of the lime juice.

    Peel the bananas, cut them into pieces and blend with avocado cubes until smooth. Add lime zest, coconut milk, cream cheese, honey and vanilla powder. Blend everything to a creamy consistency, season with remaining lime juice and fill bowls. Sprinkle the pudding with walnuts and oat flakes.
