Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lemon (freshly squeezed juice)
  • 400 ml cold milk
  • sugar (to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Halve the avocados, remove pits, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and blend with lemon juice.

    Gradually add the milk while blending vigorously; sweeten with sugar and serve in chilled glasses with some ice cubes.
