Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Lime (juice)
  • 250 ml Coconut water (well chilled)
  • 400 ml Coconut milk (well chilled)
  • 4 tbsp crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp White cane sugar (to taste)

    Halve the avocados, remove the pits, peel them, and cut the flesh into pieces. Blend the avocado pieces with lime juice, coconut water, coconut milk, crushed ice, and sugar until smooth.
