Asian Stir-Fried Noodles
Asiatische Bratnudeln: Fernöstlich anmutendes Festessen für eilige Feinschmecker. Die Bratnudeln liefern mit Gemüse, Erdnüsse und Eier viele Mineralstoffe.
Ingredients
- 200 g Mie Noodles
- 50 g Peas (frozen)
- Salt
- 50 g Mung Bean Sprouts
- 200 g red bell peppers (1 red bell pepper)
- 0.5 TL Sichuan Pepper
- 0.5 bunch Cilantro
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 2 EL light soy sauce
- 2 EL roasted, salted peanuts
Instructions

Cook the Mie noodles and peas in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain in a sieve (reserving 50 ml of cooking water) and drain well.

Wash the sprouts and drain them well in a sieve.

Halve, deseed, wash, and slice the bell pepper into thin strips.

Roughly crush the Sichuan pepper in a mortar. Wash the cilantro, shake dry, pluck the leaves, and roughly chop them.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan (or wok), add the bell pepper and stir-fry for about 2 minutes over medium heat. Mix in the noodles, peas, and 50 ml of cooking water. Continue stir-frying until the liquid has evaporated.

Whisk the eggs, soy sauce, and Sichuan pepper in a small bowl and pour over the noodles. Stir until set.

Mix the cilantro and sprouts into the noodles. Serve on plates, sprinkle with peanuts, and serve.
