Ingredients

  • 100 g rice noodles
  • 70 g spring onions
  • 1 piece ginger (ca. 15 g)
  • 2–3 cloves garlic
  • 1–2 chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 4 tbsp oil (sesame, avocado, coconut)
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice)
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp coconut palm sugar

Instructions

    Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Wash, trim and finely chop spring onions.

    Peel ginger and garlic, wash and trim chili pepper. Finely chop all. Combine prepared ingredients with sesame seeds in a bowl. Melt oil if needed and mix with the rest.

    Whisk soy sauce, lime or lemon juice, miso paste and coconut palm sugar for the dressing. Toss the salad with the dressing. Serve immediately on plates.
