Ingredients
- 300 g Gutfried poultry sausage
- 3 tbsp native olive oil
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 1 ripe Mango
- 1 small apple
- 100 g sweet mustard
- 100 g pistachio nuts
- 4 packs of watercress
- 1 bundle chives
- 100 g light cream
- 1 pack banana chips
- 1 bundle dill
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Slice the Gutfried poultry sausage into approximately 2 cm thick slices. Sear both sides in olive oil and place on kitchen paper.

Arrange the warm slices with the toppings, garnish, and serve either on a large platter as finger food or individually with sticks.

Avocado cream topping: Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Puree in a blender or using an immersion blender, season to taste, and garnish with red watercress.

Mango mousse topping: Peel the mango and cut the flesh into strips away from the core. Puree in a blender or using an immersion blender, season to taste, and decorate with pistachio nuts.

Apple ring topping: Remove the core from the apple, slice into thin rings, and briefly sauté in butter. Garnish with a splash of light cream and chives watercress.
