The Asian beef vegetable soup contains many delicious ingredients that you should definitely try once!
Ingredients
- 250 g beef (e.g., flank or sirloin)
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 250 g Thai asparagus
- 250 g Sugar snap peas
- 2 small red onions
- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Yellow curry paste
- 800 ml beef broth
- 2 handfuls enoki mushrooms
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp light fish sauce

Rinse the beef, pat dry and slice into strips. Mix with hoisin sauce and let marinate.

Rinse the asparagus, drain and cut into 3-4 cm pieces. Wash, trim and drain the sugar snap peas. Peel the onions and slice into rings. Rinse the bean sprouts and drain them.

Sauté the beef and asparagus in hot oil while stirring briefly. Add the sugar snap peas and curry paste, cook for a moment, then pour in the broth. Bring to a boil, add the onions, bean sprouts and enoki mushrooms, season with lime juice and fish sauce, and serve.
