Ingredients
- 400 g glass noodles (in nests)
- 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 0.5 tsp garlic granules
- 1 pinch ground star anise
- 0.5 tsp cane sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 pinch allspice
- 0.5 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch Sichuan peppercorns

Distribute the glass noodles into four glasses and cover them. Mix the spices in a bowl together. Lay out four pieces of parchment paper (or sandwich paper) and, if desired, place an attractive Asian-patterned paper on top. Spread the spice mixture onto the papers and fold them into packets. Tie with kitchen twine and attach to the glasses.

For preparation, pour about 250 ml hot water into each glass with the Asia spice mix. Add the noodles, let them soak for 2-5 minutes, taste again, and serve with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
