Ingredients
- 12 peeled fresh shrimp tails
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- white pepper
- 150 g mozzarella
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp chopped thyme leaves
- 12 beautiful cooked artichoke hearts
Instructions

Cut the shrimp on the back side but do not cut through, and loosen the black vein from the flesh.

Sear the shrimp quickly in hot olive oil in a saucepan or skillet for 2-3 minutes, lightly salt, pepper, and drizzle with lime juice.

Drain the mozzarella, dice into small cubes and mix with olive oil and thyme.

Arrange the artichoke hearts on a plate, spread the cheese over them, and place one shrimp on each.
