Aronia Coconut Shake

Ingredients

  • 200 g aronia berries
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 1 splash lime juice
  • 400 ml Coconut milk (well chilled)
  • 250 ml milk (well chilled)
  • 3 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)

Instructions

    Rinse the berries and let them drain well. Place them in a blender. Blend with lime juice, coconut milk, milk, and honey until smooth.

    Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
