The apricot yogurt from Spoonsparrow is the perfect dessert for big and small connoisseurs!

Ingredients

  • 400 g ripe apricots
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp raw cane sugar powder
  • 400 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
  • 100 ml whipping cream

Instructions

    Wash the apricots, pat dry, halve, pit and cut into wedges. Mix with orange juice and 1 tbsp powdered sugar and marinate for 30 minutes.

    Beat the cream until stiff peaks form. Combine the yogurt with the remaining powdered sugar and lemon juice, then fold in the whipped cream gradually.

    Layer the yogurt and apricots in four dessert bowls, starting with yogurt and ending with apricots. Serve immediately.
