Ingredients

  • 500 g apricots
  • 1 l buttermilk
  • 4 leaves lemon balm (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash, halve, pit apricots and simmer in a little water until soft.

    Drain apricots, let cool, then blend with buttermilk; strain through a sieve if desired.

    Fill glasses and serve garnished with lemon balm.
