Apple‑vegetable juice with beetroot: Beetroot not only adds a beautiful color and an extra dose of iron but also gives an energy kick for groggy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 300 g carrots (3 carrots)
  • 400 g apples (2 apples)
  • 250 g beetroot bulbs (2 beetroot bulbs)
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions

    Wash the carrots thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.

  2. 2.

    Wash the beetroots, peel with a paring knife or roughly chop with the skin on; if desired use gloves to protect your hands from the color.

  3. 3.

    Juice the carrots, apples and beetroot using a mechanical juicer.

  4. 4.

    Squeeze the lemon and measure 2 Tbsp of juice. Stir the rapeseed oil into the apple‑vegetable juice and serve immediately.
