Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 400 ml milk
- 150 g breakfast bacon
- 4 sour apples
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch Salt
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions

Peel the apples, quarter them, remove cores and cut into thin slices, drizzle with lemon juice.

Whisk flour and milk until smooth. Beat in eggs, honey and salt. Let rest about 10 minutes.

Crisp 1/4 of the bacon in a pan.

Place the apple slices side by side in the pan, pour a quarter of the batter over them to cover about 0.5 cm thick. Cover and cook over low heat until the omelette base is golden brown. Flip with a lid and brown the other side as well.

Transfer the finished omelette onto a plate. Repeat for three more omelettes. Dust with powdered sugar and serve hot.
