Ingredients
- 700 ml milk
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 250 g polenta (cornmeal)
- 2 Eggs
- butter (for the pan)
- 20 g butter (in flakes)
- 50 g almond slivers

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

Bring the milk, cream and honey to a boil in a pot, sprinkle in the polenta and stir for about 10 minutes until it thickens. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs.

Transfer the mixture to a buttered, oven-safe pan, make small indentations and top with butter flakes. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle almond slivers over the surface and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
