Ingredients

  • 200 g watermelon
  • 1 tbsp pear concentrate
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  • 150 ml cold whey
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 sprig mint

Instructions

    Poke out five small balls from the melon flesh and set aside. Peel the rest, remove seeds, cut into pieces and blend with orange juice and pear concentrate.

    Clean and finely chop mint, add it. Blend everything finely, fold in protein powder, pour in whey, blend again.

    Repeat the mint step: clean, finely chop, add; blend, mix in protein powder, pour whey, blend once more.
