Ingredients
- 750 g beef brisket
- 400 g white cabbage
- 400 g Potatoes
- 200 peas
- 2 carrots
- 200 g Sugar snap peas
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1.5 l meat broth
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Wash the meat and cut into equal-sized cubes.

Peel and dice the potatoes, carrots, and onions.

Wash, trim, and roughly chop the white cabbage.

Wash and trim the sugar snap peas.

Heat the oil in a large pot and sear the beef cubes on all sides. Add all vegetables, pour over the broth, and simmer for about 1.5 hours.
